my husband and I have been travelling crosscountry and staying at choice hotels. however, when we stayed at the quality Inn trailside Inn we felt it was way below the standards we have come to expect. there was hair in the shower, cigarette burns on the tub(had a nonsmoking room), the toilet ran on and off all night long, the trash cans in the breakfast room didn't work, the mini muffins were stale, there were no laundry bags in the room and when I asked for one, I got a used one with a hole in it.
we were just very disappointed in this hotel.
I don't know if you check on these things, but I would think if you link your name to these hotels you would want your standards upheld.
