No answer after various attempt to contact them

Bought the furniture in November over the internet. Waited and waited for delivery and I was eventually was told the goods form the manufacturer arrived damaged and hence can not deliver. So I cancelled the order and requested the refund. No answer after various attempt to contact them. Now I learnt that their Internet account is suspended - is that mean they gone bust?

Corndell are not very helpful either. they now disown the furniture shop ever been their customer.

I have not received either my workstation or a refund

On 2nd October 2010 I ordered and paid for a Colway Computer Workstation. So far despite numerous e-mails and messages left on the website for Qualitypinefurnitureuk.co.uk I have not received either my workstation or a refund.

I was informed that they had received the workstation but could not send it out as it was damaged and would refund my £55.00.

On 15 th December after still more e-mails and messages I received an e-mail stating that my cheque was on it's way.

Todate (17/02/20011) I have not received this cheque.

I have sent a recorded delivery letter to this company and still no reply so I have now presented the case to the Office of Fair Trading. DON'T TOUCH THEM SCAMMERS!!!
