Quantumtone did not honor their 15-day money back guarantee. I canceled VOIP service within 15 days of beginning the port of my existing number, but they lied in their documentation to my credit card company when I disputed the charges. I have an email from them stating the date they received my order, but that was not enough evidence to dispute their frauded documentation. Their website hides this policy of the 15 day guarantee beginning the day you request the port, rather than when the equipment is shipped, or better yet, you actually have use of the equipment. But it doesn't matter, because even if you do cancel within 15 days of ordering the service, they will lie on their documentation and not return your money. And you will also have to deal with their rude and insulting "customer service". Please anyone even considering buying VOIP service from this company, save yourself the headache and the loss of money and stay away!
