Our Mediterranean trattoria with a local, organic influence, is the creative expression of owner Perry Rea.  Our cuisine as well as our recipes follow Perry’s guiding principles of food – delicious, healthy, and uncomplicated.  We make almost everything from scratch and utilize vegetables and herbs from local farmers as well as our own organic garden.  We are proud to bring our dedication to quality ingredients and the health and enjoyment of our customers to each Trattoria del Piero location.
