I have been to Quest many times without incident. The staff is usually friendly & efficient. When I went to have bloodwork done a few weeks ago the experience was terrible. I waited at the front desk for awhile before a very rude woman showed up to help me. This same woman (she appeared to be the only person working that day) took into a room to draw blood. The room was disgusting...dirty, vials rolling around on the floor, bandaids, etc. strewn all over the place. When she took my blood she was NOT wearing gloves!!! Yesterday I got the bill for $190 stating my insurance wouldn't pay. After thoroughly reading my bill I discovered why...they suibmittted to the wrong insurance company. I will not be returning to Quest!
