I did not see the small print on the left-hand side of the huge advertisement saying "Free Credit Report" and unwittingly signed up for a $14.95 a month service that I did not want or know about.

I believe they should change their banner so it is clear to the consumer that these people have an ulterior motive, and once they obtain your credit information they can use it to trick people out of their money.

I do not want this to happen to anyone else. This is one of the reasons the internet is no longer safe for consumers.

I did not demand my money back, but perhaps I should have.
