They got a down payment out of meafter guaranteeing financing, then financing fell through several times and after being told i could get my money back, now they say no.They have lied several times and when I asked to see evidence of their policy they sent me a contract they emailed after payment showing my initials, I have a copy of the same document, the original, no initials, , , they forged my initials. I want to sue.
