I received an unsolicited Rx from RightSource today July 13, 2009. In May, RightSource sent me an email informing me that I could have existing prescriptions transferred to them going forward. I proceeded to have Rx from Kroger pharmacy transferred to RightSource. That same prescription had just been filled by Kroger with a 90 day supply in May. I called RightSource today to inquire about this unsolicited prescription only to be told that when they receive even a transfer of an existing prescription they treat it as a new prescription. RightSource has always sent me an email when a prescription was ready to be refilled. I was never told until today that even transferred prescriptions will be filled as new when they are received. When they tried to receive authorization back in May to fill the transfer, the insurance company would not authorize because it had just been filled. So they simply waited until they could get authorization and then filled, shipped and charged! NO REFUNDS
