Dear Sir/Madam,
We have installed Racold 30 & 60 Ltr capacity Geysers in our factory for employees bathing. We have at least ONE DOZEN Racold Geysers installed in our premises.
We have been reported of a Complaint on Electric shock from a Geyser.
We have developed lots of doubts Which We would like to get clarified.
(1) In any Worst situation what is the probability of getting electric shock from Geyser ??
(2) Imagine there is a failure of Earthing and Neutral simultaneously, then is there possibility of getting shock or not ?
(3) We have installed these geysers at various Floors of Buildings.
