A friend and I were injured in a fatal accident on April 18th. The next day we realized we needed medical attention and went to the center, where we were asked what was wrong, x-rayed, and received MRIs. The insurance policy of the party at fault took care of all of the bills except those from Wat. Radiological Services--which is a separate billing entity. Due to insufficient notification, BOTH of us missed the discrepency and are henceforth being pursued by WRS's collection agency, John Barry & Associates. Of course, had the distinction been clear, we would have gladly informed the responsible's insurance provider of the bill.
