Failed to file a claim with insurance company. They had access to the same information that the hospital and doctors. It's all on the same data base. Cigna tells me that per their contract, they cannot bill me for services not claimed. Their attorney, says "that contract does not mean anything." Cigna continues to tell me that I do not owe the remaining bill. But, the small claims judge buddy ruled in Rad Ass favor. Apparantly the judge doesn't believe in contracts either. My advice, seek other radiology providers...or take your chances. Going back to Cigna to see if they can provide any help... Good luck with your claims.
