I bought a Rado watch during a cruise...duty free. I was told they were an authorized dealer. I dropped the watch and the stem cracked. I took it in for a repair under the "lifetime" warranty. They said that the cruise dealer was not authorized. They sent my watch to a repair facility. When I got it back it wasn't the same watch. My watch was perfect. This one had pits on the second hand. They switched watches on me. When I complained they denied it. I'll NEVER recommend Rado to anyone.
