I brought my Kia to be repaired at Ragsdale Kia of Spencer. After two weeks, and numerous phone calls, I was told that the car was done. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and the gear shift was sitting in the passenger side seat. Of course they accepted my over-inflated payment for services rendered first before they gave me the keys to the car. One would think after $1200 in so-called repairs they would have fixed the initial problem that the car was having first before inflating the bill with other mysterious problems that the car had. There is much more to the story, such as the mechanic not knowing how to perform repairs, but that's a story for another day. Many of my family and friends own Kia's and I assure you that I will make it well known about Ragsdale Kia of Spencer service issues and over-inflated prices.
