Sir,
I have purchased a data card of reliance few months back.But suddenly it stopped working so i went to the place where i had purchased and the man there said me to take it to the service centre so i went there.
The service centre is in Inderlok near metro station, the name of the service centre is S.K.Enterprise.
I went there and handed my data card on 2979 and the person there told me to collect the data card after a week.
so i went there after a week and the card was not replaced so he told me to come after two days, i went after a week again nd i got the same reply from the person and when today i went there again he told me the same thing that the data card has not been replaced.
When i asked him that where is my data card than he replied that it has been sent to company and than i asked him to give me back than he gave me back, and than when i told him that just now u said that u have sent it to company than what it this.
Because of this reason i had payed ane month bill as i have not even used for a second.
And that man started misbehaving with me.
And i now found that this company does not have a good service for the consumers.
