Raintree Vacation Club company is trying to extort money from their members by charging a "special assessment fee" in the same amount as the regular maintence fee. My fee per year is $666.00. The contract that we signed does not include any legal term that allows for this "special assessment fee". We are being improperly charged and our membership benefit rights affected illegally.
