Raj Homes are a builder at Bhopal, who promise an eco friendly colony in their advertisements. However the occupants of New Minal Residency are facing problems as water tankers move around blocking roads and spilling water making road side muddy. These water tankers transfer water to sump tank by running diesel pumps, which are not only emitting smoke but are also creating noise even in the night hours and during day. The water tanker drivers are free to keep their radio on full volume creating problems for the residents. The rental value of row houses is reduced and tenants are threatening to vacate the house.
