Yesterday afternoon, my cousin and I visited the Rally's franchise in Chillicothe to purchase two bowls of chili with cheese and onions. First of all, the attendant got the order wrong: just one bowl of chili when I had clearly ordered two. Second, we had to wait an inordinate amount of time in line for our order. Third, we were denied the "buffalo sauce" we ordinarily use in our chili orders at other franchises due to a 30¢ additional charge for the sauce (no other franchise we have visited charges anything extra for the sauce). Third, after we drove away and parked in a local area to eat our chili, we discovered our bowls were only 3/4 full! This has NEVER happened before! -- we have always had FULL bowls from other franchises. And finally, there was only ONE spoon provided for the two of us. We will not be visiting the Chillicothe, Ohio Rally's franchise at all again; however, we will continue to patronize Rally's in other areas.
