after receiving numerous threatening and harrassing phone calls from Harley Davidson Credit...we were promised a release of lean on our Harley motorcycle within 3 working days if we made a payment in full to Harley Davidson... after calling them and getting the final amount as at the payment date (they gave us a balance for 24 hours) being 8th February 2008 in the sum of $5771.39 ... this amount was wired via Western Union on 8th February 2008 direct to all the details we were give... account/reference number etc etc to Harley Davidson Nevada... we still have the receipts for this payment on file BUT have never received the release of lean from them and therefore we do not have our clear title of ownership due to the fact they need to acknowledge our payment made in full for release of lean... can you please suggest what steps we can make to get this issue solved... the threatening phone calls have stopped!!!
