With reference to complaint No 1-11-553439141 dated 01-Feb-2011
The car delivered by the Tata Motors dealer M/S RAMA Motors, Delhi with old seat which has missing features like seat Height adjustment and Lumbar support.
Till date there is no positive response except Mobile SMS received from [email protected] on 01-Feb-2011

However Mr. Mohit Pandita ( 9212589381) [email protected] has updated that the seats are ordered but how many months it will take.
Please help me to file case in Consumer Court for following issues.
1) Case of cheating and fraud against RAMA Motors for delivering a car with seat exchanged from old and feature less seat.

2) Case of mentally and physically harassment against RAMA Motors by not handing over my RC ( Registration certificate).
