We were at Ramshackels in Leesburg,FL and my husband ordered a long island iced tea and it tasted like DAWN dishsoap... literally. So he kindly sent it back. The same drink with the same straw and print of my lipstick on the glass was brought back out. Half had been dumped out and coke had been added. Well that didn't help the soap taste any. So we simply asked for it to be removed from our bill and we were told it wouldn't be fair to the restaurant because it was a $6 drink. So I suppose it is fair to us to pay for something we couldn't drink. This place has trashy waitresses and POOR customer service!
