They offer "RAN Online" games to player around the world, but it has alot of problem with their server which they could not even fix or handle it. The problem is going on and on. We buy e-points using money to play the games but they (E-Games.Inc) always disconnect us (International Player) from accessing the server. Sadly, we do spend money. It's not like we are playing for free. We (International Player) keep on complaining and posting problem in their forum and we never get any reply from the game master but deleted our posted complaint. They keep on asking us to post "International Traceroute" in the forum but no step or solution was taken to fix this problem. They make us look like "STUPID" posting complaint again and again and just ignore us as if nothing happen.
