I have had this product for almost a year since day one I have not seen or tasted a difference in water. I still have hard water stains everywhee. I was sold this on the basis that i had city water, only to be told by rainsoft my water problems with system are my townships problem. why did i buy your productif it doesn't do as promised. their finace compay is part of the scheme. i am making it one of my missions to let eveyone know they are a scheme. the system is over priced and does not work at all. i have contacted the BBB not that they care either. this whole water softening thing is a scheme fraud fraud fraud.
