Technician came on time and did a fantastic job on my grey upholstery sofa. In fact, I noticed a few days after that more dirt came through on one of the cushions after he cleaned it. He was happy to come back and cleaned the main cushion again. Overall great customer service, prompt, and knowledgeable.
