I am unhappy about your Airtel service, I have called in Airtel customer care regarding unwanted massage and calls on 6 march 2011 but still I m receiving massage and calls and day before yesterday 10 rupees also deduct, then today I have called in customer care (Ms. Abha) she told that still we have not received any request from your side and about 10 rupees this is using by you a friend chat then she disconnect the phone. How is this possible for customers?
I have not activated any services like this,
So please help me or suggest me to refund my money.
