I ordered Nerf Bars for my 2009 Silverado crewcab with 6.5' box--when the item arrived it did not fit as it was at least 8 - 10 inches too long -- I returned the item to IN as instructed and then was not given the choice of replacement but charged a 25% restocking fee, a $15.00 tag fee, and $37.50 freight charge-- a total of $114.95 for an item that was ordered correctly and is advertised by other suppliers as the proper number including the manufacturer ( item # 0401-0027B). Of course I can't talk to anyone and they have my credit card --they may say they appreciate their customer --but they sure as heck know how to make the most out of their own mistake.. WHAT A RIPOFF THESE GUYS ARE -- NEVER DO BUSINESS WHIT PEOPLE THAT WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THESE JERKS HAVE!!!
