I currently am on my last bottle now since i have lost a total of 23 pounds and realize that i will not need them anymore because i know how to maintain weight i just had problems losing it. I hope this helps all the people who want to start it. If you really need to lose weight it works GREAT. it has changed my life and made a happier thinner person.
