I had a advance (confirmed) booking on PVG Transline from Mumbai to Belgaum through Ratna Travels Sarvodaynagar Goregaon-Mumbai-East.
But on the day of departure (29/01/2010) during boarding I was told there is no booking on my name and now the seat is been reserved for a passenger who will be boarding at next stop. Then after arguments they agreed to have me on board but the seat given was at the last row.
The agency attitude and the way this was discussed was absurd.
A good service provider like PVG Transline should take care of such incidents and these agencies whcich in-return get a bad name to their service.
