This company had an advertisement that kept popping up on websites. Finally, I clicked on the site and agreed to a 14-day trial of two teeth whitening products - CleanWhite and PremiumWhite USA. All I had to do was pay shipping charges. The products didn't arrive until my 14-day trial period was over. I called and cancelled receiving cancellation numbers and emails saying that all was okay. I get my credit card statement two days ago and see I've been charged: $.99 Shipping (healthclns), $2.95 Shipping (ultifreshwell), $48.92 (accesscleans), $79.95 (healthclns), and three Currency Exchange Fees totaling about $1.20. I have had to really research to find out the name of this scam company because I have been given so many different phone numbers and addresses. Even though the company is in Miami Beach, FL, I was told to return one of my products to Aurora CO. This morning, I was told to send back the other product to Aurora CO even though the person I was speaking with claimed to be out of Des Moines, Iowa. I was first told on Oct. 12, 2009 when I called to cancel these products that CleanWhites and PremiumWhite USA were separate companies. This morning I was toid that they are the same company. I would like to get my money back from this company and would be willing to join others in a lawsuit against them. I've already contacted the BBB & FTC.
