This seller, using the ebay seller name raxsolutions, located in Missoula, Montana USA is selling website graphics and instead of shipping them on a CD to buyers, they are sending a digital download link to buyers. Ebay banned all digital downloads last March. Since there are millions of listings, eBay obviously can't catch all the sellers who sneak by them and violate their rules. Even when such listings are reported, they still go unnoticed. Raxsolutions was informed by email that they were violating eBay rules but they did not respond and they did not remove the listing, so their actions are being posted here. Most honest sellers abide by the rules in fear of being suspended. And then there are sellers like raxsolutions who really don't care about the rules.
