False Advertising

i was shocked when i opened the real estate guide in my local newspaper to discover my house listed for sale by ray white ashgrove the gap. as i own the property outright and dont have a mortgage i knew it could not be a mistake . so i called ray white ashgrove the gap and told them i was intrested in purchasing the property i was told it had allready been sold. it turns out the greek rat was falsely advertising my home for sale so he could divert inquiries to new house and land package deals he was marketing.

DODGEY SALES PRACTISES

I listed my home with Larissa Stamp she came highly reccomended by Chris Hadgelias manager of ray white ashgrove when my home failed to attract any intrest after holding several open houses and taking out large coulor advertisments i asked a few of my friends to call larissa and she told them the propertiy was no longer for sale which was not true and larrisa bad mouthed my home saying she had better properties for sale at my expense having paid thousands of dollars in advertising costs.
