Midbell Music, Sioux City Iowa This business operates www.midbellmusic.com. This past weekend I found a trumpet listed online for $0.00. Obviously this was an error on the part of their site administrator, but they took that person's error out on me.

I placed the order, received online confirmation of the order to my email. Their general manager, Mike, refused to fill my order. This is not the first time I've found items listed for $0.00 online, and every other business has fulfilled the order. Only Ray's Midbell Music has refused to take ownership of their error. It is unfortunate they have a near-monopoly on music business in the Sioux City area; because of this, they give the impression they are above the law.
