Ordered and paid for in advance 139.00 for Rayban sunglasses thru website. been a Rayban customer for over 20 years. 2 weeks passed and had not rcv glasses, called and was told to wait another 10 business days. Still did not receive, called back and was told to file a loss form which was basically a affidavit stating that I did not steal the glasses. Did not receive a refund for another 3 weeks. Filed a formal complaint with Loxotica (parent co) never received a reply. Very poor excuse for customer service in todays economy. I am done with them, 20 years of business gone, but they do not seem to care?
