SDS Update

Hello this is the real Consuelo Figueroa and I did not put this information in this site. I want to say we worked something out and I have moved on. Thankyou We,Jesus & Consuelo Figueroa,have come to terms and come to an agreement with storm damage specialists of america and James Kennedy.We have resolved this matter,and we have no negative feelings towards S.D.S or Jim James D Kennedy.The work has been completed to our satisfaction.

Fake Claim

This collection agency had taken a fake claim from a contractor Name S.D.S Storm Damage Specialists Of America, which they are by the name of America's S.D.S. Construction & Storm Damage Specialists of America, LLC. The construction company abandoned and never finished the job they was hired for. Then they turn around and wanted at first $2000 dollars, then because we was not going to bend to what they wanted to try to Con us. They started to bring down their price to like $800 dollars which I called the owner Jim J Kennedy INSANE I don't owe him a dime and stop playing games and come back and finish the work he got paid to do. Which he say unless i give him out of pocket money he will not finish the job, but if I just give him what he wants That he will finish the job.

I told the collection agency that the case between me and SDS is still open and that SDS Jim J Kennedy should have never made this fake claim from the very beginning. I also told them that my insurance company is coming to my house by spring time when things get warmer to inspect the roof and interior job that SDS failed to finish and much more damages from it all. But it seems that this collection agency does not care and keeps harassing me and my husband for money we don't owe. Rumson Bolling & Associates has sent me another mail with a payment plan from 1 to 12 which they just adjusted how much we should pay per month and with payment coupons with a late payment charge of $5.00 dollars. I thought to myself wow this asshole of a company have the nerve to think that we are going to pay something we don't owe.

Stay away from S.D.S. Storm Damage Specialists of America cause they will screw you big time and the collection agency they hired are considered crooks.Which they are both crooks. All you have to do is go in the internet of BBB and they have an F rate and tons of Complaints against them in there and other complaints sites.

Please always be sure who you hire and even investigate who you hire cause it will save you allot of headaches and stress
