I purchased a helicopter from http://stores.ebay.com/RC-Smart-Store in August of 2006. When it would not fly, I contacted the seller for replacement parts. After several months of corresponding with this Hong Kong-based seller, I was instructed to return the helicopter for a refund. I did so at the end of October. Since that time, I have had no contact with the seller and no refund. This RC Smart Store is a scam. I returned their helicopter in good faith and they repaid me by stealing my $230.
