January 14, 2008 I purchased a RCA DRC279 from Walmart in Lawrenceville, GA. To protect the Walmart return/exchange policy I kept the receipt for 90 days. I now find that the open/close button does not work. My favorite CD is trapped inside and I can play it but cannot open the unit to play other CD's. I wrote the following: Thompson, Inc., Products Exchange Center, 11721 B Alameda Avenue, Socorro, Texas 79927 of they had any suggestions as to how I might get the unit to open. This was close to a month ago and I have not heard from them. Can I get any help to solve this problem
