I received a RCA RD1076A MP3 Player.The warranty should be with you some where. Anyway it is one that steps on your wrist. We have downloaded the disk, e-mailed RCA/THOMPSON, tried to make phone calls and have heard nothing back. The problem is there is no directions that came with the unit and there are no directions on the disk. I feel that I have just been hit by a major scam, as I have read that others with similar types are having the same types of problems with there's. Is this a scam or do all of us need to get together and file a class action suit.
