Resort Condominiums International (RCI) has been involved in a number of lawsuits outside CA involving their RCI Points timeshare exchange program. We are filing a lawsuit in CA under CA consumer laws. CA residents who are RCI Points members who may have claims based on RCI’s resort inventory quality and availability, exchange fees, exchange rules and procedures, etc, if you would like to share your concerns with me, we can determine if you may become a member of a class action.
