I am writing on behalf of my company Codespur Software Pvt. ltd. India. windy pirre ordered my company a website on the lines of ratemyprofessors.com through scriptlance.the site was meant for rating barbers.
The work agreement was sent to client with the feature list and was approved from him. We sent him regular updates about the work being done right from the start and he had been checking that.he also sent us the updates and feedback through scriptlance forum which were duly taken care of. When we rendered the final website to him, he refused to pay saying that the work is not upto the standard. If it was not of standard, why did he not say at start when we was getting regular updates for the site from us. He clearly does not have the intention to pay us and threatening us that we should close the case against him with scriptlance and he says he is himself a lawyer and has threatened to create a case against my company.
