They billed me September 29, 2009 and October 5, 2009 for $36.40. They have never shipped my order and never set an email of any problem with payment. The charges showed on my AMEX bill as Readycare.com which I canceled. There appears to be two dba's www.friouk.com and www.frious.com both are billed by Readycare.com.

The manufacture is Dex Medical in Toronto, Canada. I have written emails to both names without any response.
