I ordered a free sample for shipping charges, I went to my Dr and asked her if I could take the product. She said no, as I have a seizure disorder0. In the meantime, I received the first shipment and the first debit came out of my account. On Sept 20, 2008, I put the sample and the first bottle in a package and sent it certified and insured it and sent it back to Plano Tx. I enclosed a note stating I could not take the product per my Doctor, please do not deduct anything else from my account or send me anymore product. Please Cancel.
Since that time 2 more withdrawals have been made to my account, I have not received any more product, this sounds like fraud to me. Taking money from someones account and not giving them the product is fraud. I did tell them I wanted my money back and not to send anymore product, but they should not continue taking money out of my account. How can I stop this? Please Help.
