I would like to complain about RealCare.biz, insurance company that offers the worst customer service. I spoke with them at the Realtor Expo on Oct 15 2008 which was 2 weeks ago and they promised to call me with follow up because I needed insurance and needed to get it by the end of October so I can cancel my existing policy and get a new one starting Nov 1st. They never bothered to call and even when I was talking to them looked like they did not care about my questions.
