Two years ago we paid 5k dollars cash to jave sir conditioning installed it has never worked I have complained, the company has been out several times and to this day we have no cool air. First they said it was the compressor. That was wrong, now this time they said that they had to order a condenser. Today is July 4 and very hot! I am seventy five years old and my wife is seventy one and ill. We need a solution to this problem now. I have contacted the train distributor and sent e mail to corp. Offices. We were told that the warranty expired at first and wanted eight hundred dollars to repair it.This was out of the question, then they agreed to fix it without charge which was fine with me however it is still not repaired. We stand to suffer until Monday as this is a holiday week end.
