have download realplayer superpass trial version and after 4 days I deleted it from my computor which is still under its free trial period. Unfortunately my bank account was debited a monthly fee from them eventhough I have not submitted them any information.
It is very unreasonable and strange.
I hope someone can advise me what to do.
