Bought Many (50-70) used Cd's from Record Theater, Amherst Location. Had 8 bad ones that had skips (blank air) in middle of songs. Called them to explain and request a full refund with my receipt: "They REFUSED!". I went up to Owners Secretary...Only exchange (store policy). I called attorney. He std "NYS and Federal (consumer protection) Law supersedes store policy". We have grounds for a suit. I advised him we will proceed. Filing this complaint as i file Attorney General Complaint too. Please do not purchase any of their used Cd's and the regular Cd's are way over priced!!! Calling Channel 4 news Monday morning..they ripped off the wrong person!
