Misleading Ad

They offer criminal background searches. I used their free service to enter a name. It said they had 21 govt records for that individual. I paid $19.95 for bronze one month membership for that product to get access to the records. After receiving access to the site (after the fee) it said to pay a second time to actually see the records!

Never rcieved product

I purchased a product on 07/27/10, a digital product from the vendor Records Authority/ CLKBank.com theu took all my information credit card, the amount was $24.92 for a basic pass/ to records (transfer real estate ) and they never delivered the product. I cannot get on there web site to log in, i contact the support web site http://govregistry.us they gave me a teck number and sent me to another site to log in http://members.govregistry.us/index.php i have tried several time with no luck, i cannot use there product. but i cant seem to recieved a refund on my credit card. there is no information on how to contact records authority Customer Support Representative.. I would like my money refuunded.
