I purchased this on line software from SWReg about 8 months ago and everything was fine. It was a "One-time" charge that hit my account and the product worked. About a month ago the software just stopped working and 2 days later I received an email with a link to update the software. After clicking the link I was taken to the SWReg website where It stated that I must pay another "One-time" fee of $6.95 to update the software. So I paid the $6.95, only to be hit with another charge of $19.95 a month later. This company is just ones of thousands on line who make their money scamming people with fraudulent reoccurring monthly charges. Whatever happened to the idea of treating customers with honesty and respect. Wouldn't it make more sense to keep your customers happy and get more referrals because of it? Instead they make a QUICK buck and then move on. Just know that KARMA and the law will catch up to you soon.
