Paid via Paypal, it was an instant transfer too! They send these phony emails with phony trouble ticket codes, and nothing else! What does it take to generate an email! I had to file a dispute with Paypal! SInce I never recieved the stupid key and cannot use the program, I am asking for a full refund...so we will see. But they have NO phones to call, and you are at the mercy of these thieves.

Save your mony AND the headache and stay away from these people.
