Visited your MIDC Dombivali branch on 17 april 2008, oursvaing a/c no is 008801502223 & having rd a/c with same branc and rd deduction rs.2000/- from same branch for last two years, when requested to issue a statememt for the rd a/c your counter representative given only the rd a/c no.008825001794 & maturiety dt as 25.05.2011 saying that if we want statement or certificate we have to contact the customer care and if they issue the statement they will charge for the same

When we are having rd a/c & saving a/c in the same branch, they are issuing only quaterly stament for saving a/c and not for rd a/c

Request to issue the statement for rd a/c at the earliest because for last 2 years we have not received the statement
