By far, the worst hotel experience ever.

We were given a room that faced the parking lot on the ground floor. At 3am a belligerent man started banging on our door and yelling at us-there was another man behind him. We told him to leave . He persisted and demanded we open the door. We then contacted the front desk it was unmanned -an out of hours number was left so we called that . It was touted as their "night security" but the girl who answered said she was just an answering service. We finally called the Falls Police and it took them forever to get there.

The bottom line is we left the next day, stayed elsewhere but the owner refused to do anything about the bill. The manager admitted that the security gates to the lot dont work and she thought it was a security service we called .
