I was going in for a facial and the girl at the desk was soooooooo rude and did not show me where to get changed or what to do. I wanted to speak to a manager about this matter-raha i believe is her name..she could care less and was extremley rude to me. I have heard many bad things about this manager from friends who have gone in for services and have had a bad experience myself. human resources or somone higher than this bitch should reem her a new asshole. or fire her. and make changes to staff. clearly she does not know how to treat clients with respect so her staff follow her. someone needs to make changes or i doubt the red door will be there for much longer.
